Ordering

3. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our products, add your favorite items to your cart, and follow the checkout process.

4. Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, ever once the product goes into production, we cannot accommodate your request. 

5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

6. What are your shipping options? We offer standard shipping. During checkout, you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

7. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our website for current promotions.

8. How long will it take to receive my order? Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • 🌟 Each piece is made just for you! At SacredSteelForge, we use a print-on-demand method to ensure every product is crafted with care and precision. This means your order is specially created when you purchase it, reducing waste and ensuring top-notch quality.
  • Processing Time: 1-2 days
  • Ship Time: 4 to 12 business days. (Monday through Friday and excluding holidays)
  • You will receive a tracking # once the order ships.
  • Some items may ship separately.

Returns and Exchanges

9. What is your return policy? At SacredSteelForge, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please get in touch with our support team. We have a 15-day return policy on non-customized items and stock items. Custom items and drinkable items (due to COVID) are non-refundable. Non-customized items, Metal Wall Art Decor, and stock items are subject to a 20% cancellation or return fee, solely at the discretion of SacredSteelForge.

10. How do I exchange an item? To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the process.

11. What are the eligibility criteria for a return? To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

12. How do I start the return process? Log in to your online account and submit a return request, providing details about the issue and including a picture or video. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

13. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item? Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@sacredsteelforge.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Provide photos or videos of the damaged item to support your claim.

14. Are there any items that cannot be returned? Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), used stickers, promotional giveaways, free gifts, and drinkable products. We do not accept returns for sale items over 20% off, clearance items, final sale items, or gift cards.

15. What is the policy for incorrect or unclaimed shipments? Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information to avoid undelivered or misdelivered packages. If the courier deems the address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Once we confirm an updated address with you, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. Unclaimed shipments that return to our facility will incur reshipment costs. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity at your expense within 30 days if not reshipped.

16. How are refunds processed? We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@sacredsteelforge.com.
